| Groupama 3 back on the "Route of the Subsidiaries" |
After a five-day stopover in Valencia, the town which played host to the 32nd America's Cup, Groupama 3 cast off this morning,
bound for Lisbon, the grand finale to the Route of the Subsidiaries 2009. The 750 miles from Spain to Portugal, will take
them through the celebrated Straits of Gibraltar, which will punctuate the Mediterranean tour of Franck Cammas' trimaran and
loyal partner Groupama.

Groupama SegurosIn the kingdom of oranges, this stopover was the opportunity to meet the Spanish based Groupama subsidiary, Groupama Seguros.
Present since 1988 in the Spanish market, the latter has developed its activities in the domains of car insurance, damages
and health. Groupama Seguros is currently the 18th largest Spanish insurer, with the desire to move up to the top ten shortly.
Dominique
Uzel, Assistant General Manager of Groupama Seguros: "Groupama Seguros is doing well despite the crisis. Our fundamentals
are solid and we really hope to become the 10th largest national insurer. We are very proud and satisfied to see Groupama
3 in Valencia, which is a dynamic region where our primary insurance partner is situated: Bankrate. With Groupama 3's presence
in the America's Cup site, we can really capitalize and demonstrate how important sailing is to us. Furthermore, having Groupama
at BMW Oracle, one of the most formidable competitors in the Cup, it quite symbolic! Indeed, we've been benefiting from their
infrastructure during this public relations weekend. Our guests left with a very good impression of us. Of course we're also
an active partner in football, a genuine national sport. However, we want to bring other sports to the forefront too, such
as sailing. For us, yachting really is a good vector of communication."

Groupama 3 welcomed into the base of BMW ORACLE Racing teamBoosted by a lasting collaboration, the American BMW ORACLE Racing team invited the Groupama 3 team to the very hub of its
base in Valencia.
Julien Di Biase in charge of coordinating the Sailing Team for BMW ORACLE Racing: "From
the start of the project, we've cooperated with Groupama team. We came to Lorient and were immediately able to sail aboard
Groupama 2. We were really lucky to benefit from the experience of Franck Cammas, the VPLP design house as well as sailors
from the team such as Thierry Fouchier. Two worlds came together: that of the cup and that of the multihull! Our boat is
currently in San Diego where we're training. As soon as we know were the next Cup will be held - in Valencia we hope! - our
boat will return to the site. To see Groupama 3 in front of our base acts as dress rehearsal. And added to that it's just
what you would expect: we were welcomed in Lorient, Franck came sailing with us in California, and today our playing host
to them is just compensation for all these exchanges, which we hope will be lasting ones."
