Match racing specialistDirector of the marina of Palavas les Flots, Bruno Jeanjean joins the Groupama team in 2005 by sailing on the Grand Prix with
Franck Cammas. On these events he held the post of upwind trimmer. He is part of the "dream team" with which Groupama 2's
skipper won all the Grand Prix raced in the last two years. But "Nono" is also one of the crew members gathered by Franck
this year to accompany him on Groupama 3's first record campaign. So he is one of the holders of the Route de la Découverte,
a record he gleaned in the beginning of May.
Match-Racing specialist (World Champion in 1994 with Bertrand Pacé),
he has also participated in the America's Cup: on board French Kiss in 1987, on Ville de Paris in 1992, and lastly, four years
later on Class America France 2, always with Marc Pajot. Having sailed successively with Loïck Peyron (2001-2002) and with
Lalou Roucayrol (2003), this sailor from Montpelier has a great deal of multihull experience. Recently, he became Mumm 30
World Champion with Erik Maris, who he sails with regularly on Farr 40.
