Instead of "racing stable", Stéphane Guilbaud prefers to use the word "team".
Within the team, every member
is responsible for his field of expertise and has complete autonomy. This working method, established since the start, is
still there after nine years. A team structure which undoubtedly constitutes one of the keys for the success of this project.
Today,
with recent launching of the maxi trimaran, the team is organized as follows: A team dedicated to Groupama 2, another specific
to Groupama 3, and another group who float between both projects, including the design team.
